March 10, 2011My sister has been gone for a month. I almost lost her. And even though I've been through a flurry of emotions during this time, I miss her. Tomorrow she is coming over to visit and watch Cole while Pearl and I go to Disney on Ice. As a thank you for babysitting, and because I miss her, I made her a special treat. She loves cheesecake so when I found a recipe for Strawberry Cheesecake Squares from my favorite food blog (and now cookbook), I knew they were perfect. My only regret is not sending more of them home with her.
