Broom obsession

It doesn't matter that we are mere feet from a beach, lake, kiddie pool, ATV trails, trailer full of snacks, and a weekend of fun during Raspberry Days. Nope. The first thing Cole finds is the broom.

The kids has a slight obsession with cleaning supplies. Vacuums. Mops. Cans of dust spray. And of course, brooms. Jeff even took his saw to one of my brooms and made it "Fern sized" so he would stop poking everyone in the eyes or knocking stuff off the tables.

Unfortunately, I highly doubt this obsession has anything to do with cleanliness. He is a boy after all and any stick-like object instantly becomes a weapon or car or whatever else little boys imagine up so they can push it around and whack their sisters with.
